Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support students across Phoenix-area schools. This role focuses on providing individualized instruction and support to help students with disabilities achieve academic and developmental success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in collaboration with the school team

• Provide differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and compliance activities

• Support inclusive practices and positive learning environments

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification or eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field

• Previous school-based experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
