• Use data to drive instructional decisions.

• Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior support plans.

• Communicate effectively with families and school teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education or related area.

• Texas SPED certification required.

• Knowledge of IEP compliance and documentation procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
