Speech Language Pathologist – K-12

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking an energetic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in the Lancaster, PA area. This position is ideal for SLPs who enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and are committed to helping students overcome communication barriers.

Key Duties:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver direct therapy services for speech, language, and fluency

• Maintain compliance with IEP goals and state regulations

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE certification (or eligibility)

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
