Operating Room RN

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (Nights)
Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant OR experience in an acute care setting.
• Travel Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Travel RN is required.
• Clinical Expertise: Must have documented experience in Trauma, Orthopedics, and Robotics.
• Licensure/Certification: Active state RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Surgical Support: Provide expert perioperative nursing care for complex cases, with a focus on Trauma and Orthopedic surgeries.
• Robotics: Circulate or scrub for robotic-assisted surgical cases, ensuring the proper setup and operation of advanced surgical platforms.
• Night-Shift Operations: Manage emergency surgical admissions and urgent trauma cases during the overnight shift.
• Patient Advocacy: Maintain a sterile environment and advocate for patient safety throughout the intraoperative phase.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Format: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total).
• Shift Times: 19:00 – 07:00 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Set Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights.
