We are hiring a School Psychologist to support an elementary school in Tacoma, WA. This Monday–Friday, full-time, school-year position focuses on helping students access academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.

Location: Tacoma, Washington

Schedule: Full-Time | School Hours | Monday–Friday

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations

  • Present findings and recommendations in IEP meetings

  • Support MTSS implementation and Tier 1–3 intervention planning

  • Conduct FBAs and assist in Behavior Intervention Plans

  • Provide short-term counseling, crisis response, and safety planning

  • Partner with families, teachers, counselors, and administrators

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA timelines

 

Qualifications

 

  • Valid WA ESA School Psychologist certification

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology

  • School-based experience preferred (not required)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
