HOW DOES THE SPLIT NETWORK WORK?
As Illustrated Below
JOB ORDER SUPPLIER (Recruiter A)
The Job Order Supplier is the recruiter that has the job order from their customer. They post their job order on the USA Split Network Job Board.
CANDIDATE SUPPLIER (Recruiter B)
The Candidate Supplier is the recruiter that has the candidate(s) that are qualified for the posted job order. They submit their candidate(s) to the specific job order on the USA Split Network Job Board.
HOW THE FEE OR PROFIT IS SPLIT
Once the Job Order Supplier successfully places the candidate(s) submitted by the Candidate Supplier and the invoice has been paid, USA would pay the Recruiters their split minus a small fee. USA charges a 5% fee for the split, so each recruiter would receive 47.5% of the total fee or profit.
SPLIT PERMANENT PLACEMENTS AND CONTRACT/TEMP PLACEMENTS
WITH USA’s SPLIT NETWORK
PERMANENT PLACEMENT SPLITS
Permanent placement splits are the most common type of split and the payment will be referred to as a fee. The timing of the split payment for these splits will be governed by the Job Order Supplier’s agreement with their customer. Typically these carry replacement guarantees or payment milestones which will need to be honored by both recruiters involved in the split.
CONTRACT / TEMPORARY PLACEMENT SPLITS
Contract or Temporary placement splits are a great way to establish reoccurring revenue in which the recruiters will split the weekly profit for as long as the contract assignment lasts. USA handles all of the back office logistics of the contract assignment as part of our Back Office Solution for Staffing Professionals.
