Matthew Kolinksi

Founder & CEO

Matthew started USA Staffing Services to help entrepreneurs with the back-office operation of their staffing firms. He has been a leader in the staffing industry since 2006, when he started his first staffing firm in Chicago, IL. Matthew has learned the importance of developing customer relationships and providing quality candidates, which was the core reason for developing USA Staffing Services. He moved to Tampa in 2015 to continue to grow the USA Tampa headquarters. Matthew is actively involved in the local Entrepreneur’s Organization in which he works and talks with local entrepreneurs to help them develop protocols and strategies to grow their business.

Mark Curtiss


Mark has been active in temporary staffing for over 20 years. He is also founder and President of Lead Staffing which is a national construction and industrial staffing company located in Tampa, FL. Mark was the former President of Skilled Services Corporation, which provided fully skilled interim construction personnel to the commercial and residential construction industry prior to its sale to CLP Resources, a division of Labor Ready back in 2007. He is a Tampa native and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.

Jared Gordon

Operations & Audit Manager

Jared has been with USA Staffing Services since 2013. Starting as an Account Manager and now as Operations and Audit Manager, he oversees the daily operations with a focus on USA’s policies, procedures and multifaceted compliance regulations. Prior to joining the USA team, Jared was an active Authorized Dealer of USA. He has over 18 years of combined production, technical and marketing management experience and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Management. Jared is from Chicago, IL.

Lisa Colon


Lisa has over 18 years of hands-on accounting experience including 15 years of working for international companies. She has practice in both public and private, large and small companies. Lisa graduated from St. Leo University with her Master’s degree in Accounting in 2012 and is currently pursuing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license at Becker Professional Education. She is originally from Boston, MA and settled in sunny Florida in 1996.

Sandra Mateo

Payroll Manager and Staffing Coordinator

Sandra is an accomplished and energetic manager with over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry and in customer service. She is a detail-oriented individual that enjoys job related challenges and has a strong record of success in developing employees. Sandra is bilingual speaking English and Spanish. She strives to contribute to both the success of the company and her own personal growth.

Ivonne Orjuela

Payroll Processor

Ivonne is the newest addition to the USA Team and many of you have talked or emailed with Ivonne regarding payroll and timesheets. She brings a strong background in customer service to our Team. She is an effective communicator known for devising creative solutions to problems. Ivonne is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. She strives to contribute to both the success of the company and her own personal growth.

David Ellison

Account Manager

David has been a member of the USA Staffing Services team since August 2017 and is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He has a background in customer service, inside and door to door sales and full cycle recruiting. David studied culinary arts and hospitality management then transferred into staffing and recruiting industry due to a passion for helping others and enjoying the fast-paced environment.

Shane Burrell

Account Manager

Shane is originally from Philadelphia, PA. He has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry which has helped him develop a strong customer service background. Shane thrives in providing a great customer experience and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a firm believer in taking a team approach to help others succeed.
