Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Providing direct care for patients needing close cardiac monitoring, assessing patients, administering meds (especially cardiac meds), interpreting EKG/telemetry data for arrhythmias, coordinating care, documenting thoroughly, and educating patients/families, bridging general med-surg with closer cardiac observation outside the ICU, focusing on stable but at-risk patients with heart conditions. 

May float to Med surg as needed or other relevant depts.
