Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a versatile Critical Care RN to join our 10-bed intensive care unit. This role provides an opportunity to work across a diverse clinical spectrum, managing complex cases ranging from post-cardiac surgery and neurosurgical recovery to acute medical crises and surgical complications.
Core Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Manage life-sustaining interventions for a diverse patient population (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and Neuro).
- Advanced Monitoring: Monitor and titrate vasoactive drips, manage mechanical ventilation, and provide continuous hemodynamic monitoring.
- Rapid Response: Recognize and respond to subtle changes in patient status within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with intensivists and specialists to execute complex care plans for critically ill patients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Critical Care (ICU) environment.
- Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications:
- BLS: Basic Life Support (AHA).
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA).
