School Nurse LPN 1:1

We are seeking a caring and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 support for a student in a school setting in Emmaus, PA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position following the school calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care and support throughout the school day

• Assist with medical needs such as medication administration, seizure protocols, diabetic care, or mobility assistance (based on student’s plan)

• Monitor the student’s health status and respond to changes

• Maintain clear communication with the school nurse, teachers, and family

• Support the student in classroom activities, transitions, and transportation as needed

• Document daily care and follow the student’s Individualized Healthcare Plan (IHP)

Requirements:

• Active PA LPN license

• Current PA clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, State Police)

• CPR/BLS certification

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
