Customer Service Representative

We are searching for Customer Service Representatives to provide office support in Henderson, NV. This is a temp-to-perm position.
Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and resolve customer concerns, internally and externally, through inbound/outbound calls and e-mails
• Use data entry skills to document customer interactions and information consistently, accurately, and timely
• Assist customers with navigating online systems and answering questions
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience with customer service and phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills: Internet usage, Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
