BlueCloud Staffing is partnering with a welcoming and student-centered district in Lancaster, PA, to hire a passionate Special Education Teacher for the current school year.

 

This position focuses on providing individualized instruction, managing IEPs, and supporting students with diverse learning needs in inclusive and small-group settings. You’ll work closely with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure each student has the tools to succeed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field

  • Active PA Special Education certification (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Prior school-based experience preferred
