School Nurse LPN

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time School Nurse position at a Primary Center in Birdsboro, PA. This role involves providing 1:1 nursing support to a student during the school day, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care and daily health support for an assigned student

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including G-tube feeding (experience preferred)

• Monitor student health status and respond appropriately to medical needs or emergencies

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and confidential health records

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license (active and in good standing)

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• G-tube experience strongly preferred

Position Details:

• Location: Primary Center, Birdsboro, PA

• Schedule: Full-time, school-day hours (Monday–Friday)
