The technology creates a prioritized list based on how well a candidate’s profile matches the job title, description, and location. The individuals are emailed with an introduction and interview request. For instance, beta testers OpenLogix and Titmouse quickly filled open positions by using Hire by Google. Until recently, many candidates were not being accessed by those companies because there was no easy way to search for them. In addition, OpenLogix filled one of its positions within 24 hours, much shorter than the average of four weeks it typically takes.
